Parents Empowering Parents: National Research Center for Parents with Disabilities and Their Families is conducting interviews with individuals who have worked on state legislation to protect the rights of parents with disabilities and their children. Qualified participants must speak English, be 18 years or older, and have been involved with state legislation related to parents with disabilities as a legislator, legislative staff, advocate, attorney, or child welfare professional. Participants involved in pending legislation may also qualify. Information gathered from these interviews will be used to develop technical resources for advocates and legislators. For more information or to participate in an interview, contact Robyn Powell, JD, at rpowell@brandeis.edu.
