Deafblind Community Intervener Bill signed by Governor Polis

We recently had the privilege of witnessing Governor Polis sign HB23-1067, the Community Intervener Bill that we, alongside some amazing mom-vocates, worked so hard to get passed!

The Community Intervener program that we piloted has made such a huge difference in the lives of Colorado families with children living with deaf-blindness. And now the program will be available to help so many more families!

Family Voices Colorado is passionate about advocating for change and progress at the government level. We are proud to have been part of the work that made this program a reality. And we are so thankful for the dedication and the belief in making Colorado a more inclusive state for those living with disability!
