Looking back over the past year, Family Voices Colorado has a lot to be proud of – read on for some highlights of our achievements and impact in 2013, and a preview of what 2014 may bring.
Four years ago, Family Voices Colorado received funding from the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing to start a pilot program at Children’s Hospital Colorado, in which a Family Voices staff member would be based at the hospital three days a week to help families navigate systems and connect with community resources.
